It is obvious that 'Planning' - in a serious way - is not easy for anyone. But, it seems sensible to say that if you don't know - at least - the 'Must-Know' to have a real possibility of planning then, it really becomes very difficult. It is therefore essential to list these 'essentials'.
The results are in direct line with poor initial planning.
